We are glad to announce that the latest, thirteenth issue of the SEE Law Journal is now online
Thiis edition of the SEE Law Journal, remains to serve as an online platform for the scholars comming from the SEELS Network who once again were joined in this scientific publication to present and share their research and insights.
This edition is a double issue for the 2024, that brings together an insightul collecton of papers addressing critcal contemporary legal issues across the European Union and South East Europe.
These artcles, and the collectve body of work presented here, serve not only as academic research but as vital contributons to the ongoing development of legal systems that promote
justce, fairness, and human rights.
We believe that this latest edition will continue to spark vivid debate between scholars, practitioners and policy makers.
We are glad to inform you that the Call for applications for the upcoming Boot Camp - "Students, EU enlargement policy and EU integration - the good, the bad, and the active" which will be held from 18 to 21 of September at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade is now open.
The boot camp "Students, EU enlargement policy and EU integration - the good, the bad, and the active" aims to provide the students with an intensive learning experience and give them a comprehensive understanding of key aspects related to EU enlargement policy, EU integration, the use of digital resources in learning and researching EU law, the promotion of active youth participation in EU politics and the broader process of EU integration.
The Boot camp is organized within the project “Preparing for EU Accession: The Future of the Western Balkan Countries” implemented by the Europa Institut, University of Saarland (Germany), and the Faculties of Law, members of the SEELS Network. The project is funded by the the Higher Education Dialogue Programme of the DAAD.
Please find enclosed the Program, Call for Application, Application Form, Rules and Regulations as well as the Promo Flyer for the event. Please make sure to read them thoroughly and carefuly as only the correctly submitted applications will be considered.
The deadline for submission is 2 of August 2024 23:59 CET.

SEE Law Journal serves as a nexus for exploring a wide spectrum of legal issues, ranging from local matters to global concerns. In this edition, we embark on a journey through various facets of law, offering in-depth analyses and thought-provoking discussions.

SEE Law Journal winters edition deadline for submission of papers is now been extended to December 29th 2023. All interested applicants will have the opportunity to submit their papers and contributions in the upcoming period.

The SEE Law Journal is open for submission of articles prepared by at least one academic staff member and junior researchers (PhD students) of the SEELS members and all interested academics, legal practitioners and scholars who are working in these fields. The authorship is restricted to maximum three co-authors per article.
