SEELS in collaboration with the University of Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense (France) and the Westfälische Wilhems-Universität Münster (Germany) will jointly organise the second edition of ‘Franco-German-Balkanic Itinerant Summer University’. 

With professors, associate professors and PhD students from South Eastern Europe as target group, the 2015 Itinerant Summer University will provide a forum to closely analyse and debate the current state and developments of the EU accession process in South Eastern Europe. Particular emphasis will be put on legal aspects related to the Copenhagen Criteria, the Community Acquis and the overall development of the integration dynamic in South Eastern Europe. 

In 2015 the event will consist of a total of three academies that will be held in Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia. Hosts will be the Law Faculties of the Universities of Skopje, Podgorica and Tirana.

As the preparation of the event is still ongoing, a detailed agenda and list of participants will be posted in the coming months.
