The team of the Centre for SEELS is delighted to inform that the project proposal of the SEELS Network submitted for financing to the European Commission, under the Erasmus + Jean Monnet: Support for Associations programme has been approved. The project aims to advance and promote the exchange of knowledge and views on the development of the legal systems in South Eastern Europe (SEE) in accordance with EU Law. The upcoming activities under the project are foreseen to reinforce the structures for development and promotion of the SEE Law Journal, as one of the key activities of the SEELS Network. In addition, "EU Law Days" at each active member of the SEELS Network are planned in order to promote the study of EU Law, and to bring together practitioners and academia. The implementation of the project is about to start in October, 2016.
We sincerely hope that this is first of the many projects that the SEELS Network will run with financial support for the EU's education and research programs.
