Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is the largest competition for law students world-wide and it is perceived as the Olympic Games for international commercial arbitration. It is held each year in Vienna where the teams from all over the globe are facing their oral arguments and legal knowledge. After showing great success at the oral arguments in Vienna and entering the final round of 32, the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius with its team from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, has just been ranked 15th out of 298 teams, which is the best result of the University since 2009. Additionally, Ljuben Kocev, one of the team members, has been awarded with an Honorable Mention for his oral presentations. The team was headed by Professor dr Toni Deskoski, along with the two assistant coaches, Vangel Dokovski teaching and research fellow at the University, MSc in law, and Ana Pepeljugoska attorney at law in Skopje, also MSc in law. The team members were Marija Angelovska, Ljuben Kocev, Konstantin Bitrakov, Hristijan Davidovic, Marjana Staninova, Zorica Naumoska and Igor Tasevski.
