As for its content, in the words of our Editor in Chief Prof. Dr. Zdraveva:
"...Most of the article presented in this edition deal with important issues of the corporate world. The articles include the topics of application of the socio- political tax principles in the taxation on the corporations’ income, the antitrust legal framework in the light of the digitalization of the market and the specificities of the key clauses of the shareholders’ agreement.
In the field of human rights the journal includes an article analysing the legal framework and the exercise of the right to mobility in public transportation of persons with disabilities and reduced mobility.
The technology and digitalization influence both the legislation and the theoretical discussions on the approaches in the development of the legal practice and culture in various fields of law. The issue become greatly more complex when it comes to the Artificial Intelligence. In this issue we have one article analysing the Artificial Intelligence through the most important concepts of the Copyright Law. The readers are also provided with a review of a book where the private law and artificial intelligence cross paths..."
