New Issue SEE LAW JOURNAL 9

Dear readers,

We are glad to inform you that the latest 9th edition of the SEE Law Journal is now available online. As usual it is featuring academics from the SEELS network who are focusing on various current legal issues. Two of the papers deal with the issues related to the protection of the environment and environmental law, while the remaining deal with the collective redress and emergence of the international comercial courts.

SEE Law Journal - Extension of the Deadline

We are glad to inform all the interested authors that the deadline for the upcoming SEE Law Journal has now been extended. The deadline is now open untill the 28th of February (Monday) 2022. Please find more details in the Call/Guidelines for Authors.

SEE Law Journal Registered on HeinOnline

It is our great pleasure to inform that our unique scientific periodical - the SEE Law Journal, is as of recently, officially registered on HeinOnline database. All of our issues are available for use on this fine academic tool, as will be the case with the issues that will be published in the upcoming period. In this manner our journal will reach vider academic audience and we believe will increase its visibility. 


The South East European Law Journal (SEE Law Journal) is a scientific English language journal of the South East European Law School Network (SEELS). The SEE Law Journal publishes high-quality original, double peer-reviewed scientific, review and professional articles focusing on relevant questions of regional, European and international integration of SEE countries, issues of legal reform and approximation with the acquis communitaire, best practices, in legal reform and unification of the legislation in the region of South East Europe and the EU.

It is our pleasure to announce that the new Call for Papers for the SEE Law Journal is now open till 17th of January 2022. All of the papers should be submitted in English Language by the defined deadline. Education

 
SEELS aims to further harmonise curricula across the SEE region and to organise and offer additional postgraduate and doctoral courses as well as summer schools. At the same time SEELS also supports the exchange of lecturers and students among the participating law schools and invites leading international academics and practitioners to South Eastern Europe. Besides, SEELS designs programmes of executive training for different legal professions.

Research

 
SEELS facilitates intensified academic legal research in the region by connecting leading academics in the fields of common interest and organises joint conferences, research programs  and forums. Thereby, the academics of the region are linked with their counterparts from the leading European or other international law schools and research institutes.

Publishing

 
SEELS provides quality and easy accessible regional publications on relevant legal topics, publishes proceedings, analyses, findings and research papers from organised legal research forums and other events. SEELS also publishes the SEE Law Journal which is the first regional law journal in English language in South East Europe. It offers legal researchers and practitioners a discursive space for scholarly exchange on the issues of legal reform and harmonisation on the domestic level in direct relation with questions regarding regional cooperation as well as European integration.
